Skill requirement:
- Candidate must be skilled in Advising on Menu selection to customer, must be able to serve food and beverages.
- Candidate may be able to present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings.
- Must have good knowledge of wine so he/she can advise on wine selection to customer and also be able to describe menu items including daily specials for customers.
- Candidate must be able to take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
- Able to greet patrons, present menu, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
