Skill requirement:
- As General Maintenance Assistant, you will be required to conduct general maintenance inside and on the exterior of the property.
- You will respond to any calls regarding the maintenance and repair of the hotel and outlets equipment.
- You will have a basic knowledge of Plumbing/Carpentry/Wall Tiling/Decorating skills and be fully familiar with all Health & Safety instructions relevant to your area of work.
- You will be able to work both as a team and on your own initiative and to work effectively towards deadlines.
- You will communicate effectively with both the public and work colleagues.
