Horizon People Group is hiring a dedicated HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full-lifecycle recruitment, candidate onboarding, employee engagement, and HR compliance for growing teams across Canada.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and job offer negotiations

• Partner with hiring managers to define headcount needs, position specifications, and salary bandings
• Facilitate employee onboarding, orientation, and performance evaluation cycles
• Ensure HR policies comply with federal and provincial labor standards

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or CPHR designation (or working towards it)
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, HR generalist roles, or talent sourcing
• Excellent interpersonal communication and candidate management skills
